Warnings / Alerts / Directions
- IMPORTANT - The heating mats must not be covered with straw or blankets or it will damage the heating element.
- Mats are made to be used in a cool, cold environment, not in a heated environment.
- If you have decorative colored concrete or composite decking, please read this.
- For directions and limitations on how many mats you can attach together, please read this.
- To quickly clean the mats and remove dirt, salt, and other debris, use a gentle scrub brush and mild dish detergent.
- Only use outdoor heating mats for melting snow. Avoid covering the mats, use outside only, and don't use inside of enclosures or pet homes.
Heating covers are the best. They melt the snow away and keep our customers safe. They are super easy to install. From out of the box we just unrolled the mat, plugged it into our outside outlet and it started melting the snow right away. Tom W.
